Jacaranda lanais look out over fairways, and open ground means open exposure. Nothing breaks the afternoon sun on a cage that faces a golf course, and nothing slows the wind. The frame finish chalks earlier on the fairway side than the house side, and the mesh on that wall goes brittle first. A stray ball now and then leaves a clean split in a panel, which says more about where the lanai sits than about the screen.
Venice Lanai Screens connects homeowners in Jacaranda with a local screen contractor who checks the course-facing wall before anything else. A split panel is a screen panel repair matter. Faded, chalked framing is a frame repainting and cage restoration job that cleans, seals, and recoats aluminum that is usually sound underneath. Mesh that has aged out across the enclosure is a pool cage rescreening question, and the in-person visit sets the scope. Homes around the Jacaranda West Country Club share the same exposure, and the same fix.

The makeover: chalked, oxidized aluminum cleaned, prepped, and refinished, with stainless hardware and fresh screen done in the same project. The cage you have, looking like the cage you bought.
Full or partial mesh replacement on aluminum pool enclosures. Walls, roof panels, or the whole cage, with new spline throughout and mesh matched to how the cage faces.
Fresh mesh and spline for under-truss lanais, screened porches, and patio rooms, with door panels and kick plates renewed at the same visit.
Every screw connection in the cage renewed with marine-grade stainless steel. The least visible part of a renovation and the one that matters most when the wind comes back.
Single panels and small sets: torn mesh, blown spline, sagging sections. Mesh matched to the existing weave and color so the repair disappears.
Doors that drag, slam, or will not latch. New mesh, hinges, closers, latches, and kick plates, or a new door hung square when the old one is past adjusting.
A before-June walk-around: cable tension and anchors, fastener condition, spline and mesh, door hardware, with a written punch list you can schedule from.
